Help Desk Agent-Saudi Arabia

• Responsibilities will include Registering Calls, Assigning Requests to Support, Generating Reports, Follow up and escalations etc.
• The candidates should be fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English. Saudi Females Candidates will be preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a call center environment.
