Management Consultancy is looking for a highly qualified and presentable


EXECUTIVE SECRETARY


As part of a rapidly expanding company, you will be
responsible for providing effective and efficient
administrative and secretarial support to the Management such as producing correspondence, maintaining proper filing system, arranging hotel booking and coordinating travel plans of the staff, liaising with HR Department and providing information to callers.


The ideal candidate should be a graduate in Business
Administration or any related discipline combined with minimum 7 years of experience in the secretarial and administration filed.

Should be dynamic and highly organized person with
advanced skills in MS Office and strong knowledge
in professional document management.

Must be fluent in English and Arabic with excellent
writing skills in both languages.

Basic knowledge in Accountancy and handling petty
cash would be advantageous.
