FACILITIES OFFICER


Must have a Bachelor degree in Engineering with FM
background and minimum of 10 years experience,
preferable in handling Residential and Commercial
buildings day to day set up with coordinating between
the Tenants and Management. Must have local driving
license and transferable residency.


PROPERTIES OFFICER;



position requires on to the go 24 hours a day
responsible people is person with excellent
communication skills. Managing daily affairs , updates,
traces. Computer literate, Applicants with a Electrical
background in the service industry will be preferred.
Must have local driving license and transferable
residence.



PROPERTY MARKETING EXECUTIVES


Career minded, hardworking outgoing personality with
fair for real estate. Candidates with knowledge of
the local areas and contacts who are able to view,
evaluate, promote & show Properties professionally
will be preferred. Must have valid local driving
License & transferable Residence



PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR

Computer literate, Responsible, well spoken, polite and
easygoing. Managing daily affairs and set up of the
Properties. Coordinating between the Management,
Tenants and the Landlords. Applicants with background
in the Hotel or Service Industry will be preferred




Coordinating between the Tenants and the Management.
Applicant with background in hotel or service industry
with Arabic speaking will be preferred. Must have
transferable residence visa
