HR Director - Multi Locations-Sudai Arabia

Zamil Operations & Maintenance Co., Ltd is looking for a qualified candidate for the following position for its Makkah / Taif Project.

HR Director:

Qualification required:
Degree in Business Management and / or HR Management from a accredited university.

Experience required:
15 years experience in HR management, including 5 years in a senior HR position with overall staff training responsibilities in a large, international utility, HR Change management, training & development.

Responsibilities:
- Review the organization and resources of the existing services as well as the level of available data.
- HR & Change Management Initial services Plan.
- When present supervise the activities of the HR and the Training Expert, who will otherwise be under the direct supervision of the Transitional Services Manager.

Skills:
- Effective communicator and leadership.
- Strong negotiation and decision making.
- Innovative and creative.
- Results-driven with a positive outlook and commercial understanding.
- Hard-working and dynamic.
- And should have a valid Driving License.

Language proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English.
