Operations Supervisor (to be promoted as Operations Manager in due course based on performance)
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree; MBA/ Master's will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in the medical field.
- Excellent communication skills - Bilingual (Arabic and English).
- The job profile includes, but not limited to:
a. Understanding of the customer needs
b. Effective logistics management
c. Well versed understanding of organization's financial structure and performance
d. Active Participation in the growth of the business; monitoring the overall
performance of the company
e. Motivating, developing and directing people at their work; participating in the recruitment process.
Non-Saudis should hold a transferrable Iqama.
